Michael Eskenazi is a Seattle area native who grew up on Mercer Island and received a degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Marketing from the University of Washington in 1988. Michael has been in the mortgage business since 1994. He was a principal in Arboretum Mortgage and Escrow. He uses his extensive knowledge in mortgage lending to help borrowers with their specific needs.

Michael started Lakeview Mortgage with Mark Beebe to concentrate on service- oriented lending. Lakeview Mortgage has teamed up with Arboretum Mortgage Corporation as a DBA where Michael is once again a principal to continue the customer first approach. Michael & his team's experience will help increase the service and also find the most competitive rates and programs for their clients. His team's professional approach is to fulfill the customer's needs without making the borrowing process uncomfortable.
