After graduating from the University of Washington, Andrew entered the
lending industry in 2006 and has been with Arboretum Mortgage Corporation since 2011. Andrew
has helped hundreds of families obtain home financing, growing a vast client
base of referral and repeat business through his precise attention to detail
and intense work ethic. His extensive knowledge of available loan programs
and thorough understanding of the mortgage industry and lending
guidelines has allowed Andrew to find the right loan for his clients’
individual needs, always keeping their best interest at the forefront.
One of Andrew’s primary focuses is assisting first time homebuyers with
purchasing a home, but offers a wide range of services, with expertise
in FHA/VA programs, Conventional/HARP programs and Portfolio/Jumbo
programs. Andrew’s ability to quickly adapt to the fast-paced changes
in the volatile mortgage industry have been key to his success in
setting realistic expectations upfront while maintaining open
communication at all times with his clients. Andrew is a native and
lifetime resident of Seattle and lives here with his wife.
