The Founders
Mark Simpson and Ray Biggers formed Arboretum Mortgage Corporation in October, 1994. Both have extensive experience in mortgage financing and origination and an underlying commitment to customer service and satisfaction.
Our clients are our most valuable asset and our guiding principle is to make each and every loan transaction as seamless and transparent as possible.
Mark has a Bachelor of Arts from Ohio University and a Master of Public Administration from Brigham Young University. Mark has been has been originating mortgage loans since 1989.
Ray is a Finance graduate of Hartwick College in New York. He has been in the mortgage business for over 20 years.
